The foundry mainly produces stainless steel casting by lost wax, also produces Carbon steel casting. The material mainly involves AISI SS304, AISI SS316, ASTM CF8M, ASTM CD4 and ASTM CN7M. We use pectroanalysis instrument to make sure the material up to standard, We also use other advanced production equipment and technology to assure our customers an excellent quality.

• Casting shop: four 200-kgs medium-frequency induction furnaces, two 200-tons wax injection machine, wax machine.
• Machining shop: CNC lathe, CNC machining center, milling machine, drill floors, grinding machine, drawing bench and etc.
• Quality control shop: We have complete inspection equipment for quality control. Every finished product must pass 3 inspections including material inspection, dimension inspection, mechanical inspection.
